Description by Gerrit Rietveld Academie:

“This year the intriguing Open Day campaign is a collaboration between Graphic Design students Jinhye Lee and Xanthippe Pa and Photography student Veronika Vidø.

The concept behind the campaign in their own words: “Entering the academy, an unidentified virus invades your mind while it transmits smoothly to the body. You’ve become a transmitter, and you allow it to grow and expand; take new forms. When you’ll leave the academy, it will remain a part of you.” “

Special thanks to all the models: Bin Go, Amanda Bellman, Fabian Reichle, Neeltje van der Vlugt, Tobias Groot and Salomé Dijoux. The dress is made by Bonnie Ogilvie, the headpiece by Simon Marsiglia and the trousers by Krystian Sokołowski.
